  In 2003 five friends from southern Poland who always WALKed TOGETHER and ROCKed TOGETHER decided to form a band that would do the same to their listeners what CHARLES BRONSON does to his enemies. Some of them BALD'n BEAUTIFUL, some UGLY & PROUD they have merged their ideas to create a fusion of RAW POWER and ROTTEN SOUND of early 80's hardcore bands. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?...
  
  ...Since the release of their first record called „Kings of Punk” in 2006 Castet has been trying to establish their position on the Polish hardcore/punk scene. And so they did. They have been gathering huge crowds ranging from '77 punk rockers to straight edge kids in the audience. Through all these years they shared the stage with such bands as: Poison Idea, The Accused, Slapshot, Justice, Lights Out, Endstand, Righteous Jams, Schizma and Budka Suflera. Castet's live act is something to be remembered for a long time and definately something not to be missed. It's a hillarious mixture of sheer hardcore destruction with stand-up show and punk message, the balance of which depends on the level of alcohol drunk. They played also in Germany, Holland, Austria & Czech. Catch them on next tour.
  
  Their second album „Punk Side of the Moon” was released in 2008 and includes 13 songs of the 80's hardcore thrash punk that are fast, intense, aggressive but still very catchy. You won't have time to be bored. As for the lyrics – once again they show band's discontent over the current situation in Poland, some of them deal with hardcore/punk scene, the others are just about some unimportant shit but all of them have one thing in common – they are extremely funny, so it's a really good idea to have them translated... and By The Way... the cover artwork has been made by a Castet's long time friend, Rafał Wechterowicz, who has co-operated with Terror, Lady Gaga, Slayer, Michael Jackson, Ramones, Massgrav and many more.
  
  Castet has also appeared on a few compilations and split EP's. Their latest release is a live album called „Live in Lewacka Nora” which is available on vinyl only. While listening to this you can really feel the potential the band has and comments between the songs, which have become Castet's trademark, will make you laugh your asses off, as long as you understand a bit of Polish:) Anyway, it's hardcore/punk at its best. They know how it should be done, since every Castet member used to play in a number od hardcore/punk bands such as: 7 Godzin Snu, Minority, WPZ, Good Lookin’ Out, Koyaanisqatsi, After Laughter or Braindead.
